Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects and customers. You will support pre-sales discovery, design scalable solutions, and deliver compelling demos across diverse verticals.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, deep cloud/DVC experience, and proven PoC leadership. Travel up to 35% across EMEA for workshops, deals, and events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture role.
• Experience with SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
• Proven ability to lead PoCs and build deal champions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC implementation throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to craft technical value propositions.
• Deliver demos, workshops, and proposals tailored to C-level and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the SE team.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering to relay feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Represent LaunchDarkly at events and with customers, including regional and global engagements.
