DXC Technology is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth for its insurance software business in Indonesia with the Philippines as a secondary market. The role requires engaging C-level executives and leading complex enterprise sales engagements across PAS, claims, billing, distribution, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in enterprise software or IT services sales, with proven success in the insurance sector and a strong network within Indonesian and Filipino

Qualifications

• 20+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience.
• Strong experience selling into the insurance industry in Indonesia and Philippines.
• Proven track record of closing large and complex transformation deals.
• Experience selling insurance core systems, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Indonesia and the Philippines insurance market.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier-1 and mid-market insurers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, positioning, negotiation, and closure.
• Position core insurance platforms and modernization offerings for value realization.
