Job summary

Triputra Visi Energi's TRUST is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to identify new business opportunities, understand client needs, and deliver value-driven solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, negotiate and close deals while achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations daily. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years in Sales Engineering or a similar

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Sales Engineer or in a similar commercial/technical sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong business/commercial acumen.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client business needs and ensure proposed solutions are relevant and value-driven.
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson, by analyzing client challenges, preparing proposals/solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Achieve revenue targets, manage pipeline growth, and expand market presence.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) in daily activities.
