Job summary

Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST) seeks a Senior Business Consultant to grow with our energy solutions team in Jakarta. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, and act as a trusted advisor, analyzing client challenges and proposing value-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to win deals, meet revenue targets, and expand our market presence in Indonesia's energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Sales Engineer or in a similar commercial/technical sales role.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow, with strong business and commercial acumen.
• High likability with an easygoing personality; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities
