Job summary

PT Winner Power Indonesia is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Jakarta for a full-time role. You will design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, ensuring reliability and safety across projects.

The role requires leadership, CAD proficiency, and strong knowledge of power distribution and control systems. You will balance office duties with on-site field work within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in managing Operations & Maintenance teams in industrial/engineering environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems and circuit design.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work both in the office and on-site/in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Operations & Maintenance procedures, including SOPs and MOPs.
• Ensure all operation and maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently per standards.
• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components per technical specs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses for project planning and decisions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems.
• Create detailed technical documentation (schematics, wiring diagrams, reports).
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of existing systems and propose improvements.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join PT Winner Power Indonesia in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our engineering department, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components that are critical to our operations. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects that have a direct impact on our business success and industry standing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Operations & Maintenance procedures, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and MOPs (Method of Procedures).
• Ensure all operation and maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to support project planning and decision-making
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
• Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering reports
• Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing electrical systems and recommend improvements or upgrades

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in managing Operations & Maintenance teams, preferably in an industrial or engineering environment.
