PT. Deltamas Solusindo is seeking a Project Manager to lead EPC PLTS projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards while coordinating technical documentation and budgets across sites.

You will monitor progress with S-Curve and Gantt charts, drive quality management systems, forecast human resources, and socialize Project Implementation Plans. Strong English communication, leadership, and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication in English; able to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site surveys as needed or per instructions from management.
• Prepare budget plans based on project scope, requirements, and resources.
• Maximize profit in accordance with the budget plan.
• Store all project documents in Dropbox.
• Monitor project progress using S-Curve and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify improvement areas and report to Management.
• Lead the development of quality management systems for the EPC PLTS unit, including procedures, SOPs, standards, and forms.
• Predict and report human resources required to achieve objectives and manage them effectively and efficiently.
• Review existing systems and propose improvement opportunities.
• Prepare, socialize, and implement Project Implementation Plans in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Project Manager responsible for managing and overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with company regulations, standards, and external requirements. The role involves coordinating technical documentation, managing project budgets, monitoring progress, and leading quality management systems for the EPC PLTS business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys as needed or per instructions from management
• Prepare budget plans based on project scope, requirements, and resources

About you

• Minimum S-1 education, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in project management
• Self-initiated, responsible, and possess good analytical abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English
• Leadership qualities, attention to detail, and ability to provide firm and accountable feedback
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and/or in teams and be reliable
• Proven ability to complete projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline
• Willing and able to relocate between head office and project locations as required
• Proficient in computer operations, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
• Familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Able to create technical proposals and S-Curve or Gantt Charts
• Able to read design drawings and technical planning documents
• Familiar with equipment and permits related to PLTS construction
