Job summary

PT HSC Indonesia is seeking an experienced SPV Engineering to lead our Electrical/Electronic Engineering team in Labuhanbatu Utara, Sumatera Utara. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supervising projects, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and quality while supporting strategic objectives.

You will oversee project progress, timelines, budgets, and documentation, and mentor engineers to develop their skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in electrical/electronic engineering.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineering teams for electrical/electronic projects.
• Monitor progress, timelines and budgets to meet standards.
• Conduct technical inspections and QA checks for compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Maintain project documentation and maintenance records.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across operations.
• Liaise with clients and project managers on requirements and status.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
