Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Electrical (Data Center) Engineer to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of mission-critical electrical infrastructure in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will develop SLDs, specify HV/MV/LV systems, coordinate with clients and vendors, and oversee on-site engineering activities to ensure on-time project delivery and compliance with international data center standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering design or MEP/technical project delivery.
• Experience leading engineering activities in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proficiency with HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, and distribution systems.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, ETAP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical system designs for large-scale data centers, including SLDs, load calculations, and BOQ.
• Design and validate HV, MV, LV, UPS, generators, transformers, and PDU systems.
• Ensure electrical solutions comply with project specs, local regulations, and data center standards.
• Lead end-to-end architectural discussions and equipment specifications with stakeholders.
• Support construction, commissioning, and site execution with engineering guidance.
• Prepare engineering documentation and technical reports for deliverables.
