Job summary

RGE in Indonesia seeks an experienced E&I Engineering Lead to supervise a maintenance team and ensure reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations, and align with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial E&I, PLC/SCADA expertise, and strong leadership. English fluency and a Mon-Fri plus alternate Sat work pattern are expected. On-site at our plant in Dumai, Riau province.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in electrical and instrumentation maintenance in manufacturing.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation.
Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety regulations and LOTO procedures.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Fluent in English; willing to work Mon-Fri and alternate Sat (half day).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of E&I technicians with guidance, training, and evaluations.
Plan and perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting for E&I equipment.
Develop E&I procedures, standards, and best practices.
Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for E&I components.
Collaborate with Production, Mechanical, and Operations to support plant ops.
Participate in design, installation, and commissioning of E&I systems.
Generate reports on performance, maintenance, and reliability.
Identify opportunities for continuous E&I improvement.
