Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Sales Leadership professional to drive the Indonesian market. You will execute the sales strategy, manage distributor relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth across Indonesia. This role requires traveling frequently and adapting to a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in FMCG/ice cream, strong negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to develop Go-to-Market plans and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major is accepted.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG or ice cream industries.
• Proven experience in leading teams and negotiating with distributors.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy and business plan to drive growth across Indonesia.
• Track and analyze sales implementation and trends.
• Think strategically while prioritizing key activities for impact.
• Ensure in-store operational excellence.
• Build sales capability and manage distributors’ teams.
• Design distributor sales infrastructures and manage contracts.
• In-depth understanding of distributors and market insights.
• Build and maintain productive customer relationships and drive digitalization adoption.
• Develop relationships with key retailers to secure market dominance.
