Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a senior sales leader to drive customer strategy and the distributor network across Indonesia. You will lead the execution of the sales plan, build strong customer relationships, and advance digitalization within the sales function.

You will travel frequently across Indonesia, manage Go-To-Market activities, and develop a high-performing team. Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in FMCG/ice cream are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or ice cream.
• Proven leadership and strong negotiation skills.
• Solid experience in managing distributors and developing Go-To-Market strategy.
• Willingness to travel frequently (air and sea).
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
