Job summary

Colliers International Group Inc. in Indonesia seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to define scope and lead multi-disciplinary teams on major build projects.

You will manage plans, budgets, resources, and schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with PMP or equivalent certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in both project planning/design and on-site supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Track project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure construction quality meets industry standards and client requirements.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
