Job summary

Rukita is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction initiatives in Indonesia, overseeing planning, execution and closure. Responsibilities include client liaison, tender participation, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination across architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Masters or Bachelors in a construction-related field with 10+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilitie

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
