Job summary

DBS Bank in Indonesia is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive investment and wealth management journeys on digibank. You will coordinate with digibank delivery, tech, and business owners to ensure customer-focused digital journeys align with the bank's strategic direction.

Drive digital development for Investment & Insurance on digibank with superior customer journeys.
Act as liaison between digibank delivery, digibank tech and business/product owners.
Ensure digital journeys align with the bank's strategy and regulatory requirements.
Develop Customer Journey with CE, UI/UX, and Business/Prod teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative digital solutions.
Analyze customer behavior to continuously improve the wealth platform.
