• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Effective presenter conveying complex info to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital development for digibank to deliver superior customer journeys.
• Act as liaison between digibank delivery, tech, and business/product owners.
• Ensure digital journeys align with the bank's strategy.
• Develop customer journeys with CE, UI/UX, and product teams.
• Manage and enhance the digital wealth platform for a seamless CX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital solutions.
• Analyze customer behavior to continuously improve the platform and services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices for the digital platform.
• Contribute to DBS's digital strategy and roadmap for Consumer Banking.
