Job summary

You will collaborate with CE, UI/UX, business and product teams to deliver digital journeys aligned with DBS's strategy, ensure regulatory compliance and drive customer satisfaction across the consumer banking platform.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Capital Place Branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in digital product management in financial/investment services.
• Proven track record delivering digital projects and improving customer experience.
• Strong understanding of digital banking, customer behavior, and trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital development for digibank with superior customer journeys.
• Act as liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech and business/product owners.
• Ensure delivery of digital journeys aligns with bank strategy.
• Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/prod.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital solutions.
• Analyze customer behavior to improve the digital platform and services.
• Ensure the digital platform complies with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the bank's digital strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Banking Group.
