Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead end-to-end development of digital banking products, from gathering requirements to launch.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, 3+ years in banking/FinTech, and a strong grasp of regulatory requirements and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Product Manager or IT Product Manager.
• Minimum 3 years in Banking/FinTech/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking product development and testing.
• Experience in developing roadmaps and end-to-end delivery.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and digital banking regulations.
• Knowledge of User Platform, Funding/Liabilities, or Wealth Management is a plus.
