Job summary

DBS Jakarta is seeking a Senior Associate, Specialist for the Digital Wealth Platform within the Consumer Banking Group. You will drive digital investment and insurance journeys on digibank, ensuring a superior customer experience that meets evolving needs.

You will act as the primary liaison between digibank delivery, tech and business/product owners, align journeys with the bank's strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in digital product management for wealth management or financial services.
Strong understanding of wealth management and emerging digital trends.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking.
Proven project and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate and present to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive digital development for Investment & Insurance on digibank, ensuring a superior customer journey.
Act as primary liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech and business/product owners.
Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank's overall strategy.
Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/prod.
Manage and enhance the digital wealth platform for a seamless, personalized experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative digital solutions.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve the platform and services.
Ensure the platform complies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Contribute to the development of the bank's digital strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Banking Group.
