Role Description

PT Empire Pixel International, based in BSD City, Tangerang (a local Indonesian company), is looking for talented individuals with 5+ years of experience to fill the position of Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at our BSD office immediately.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with our SEO team to drive measurable results.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns while using performance data to guide marketing and SEO strategies that generate high-quality conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, and other advertising networks

Promote company properties through targeted, data-driven, and performance-focused campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI

Analyze keyword, audience, and conversion data to identify high-performing opportunities

Work closely with the SEO team to provide insights on converting search terms, user behavior, and market trends

Apply paid advertising data and performance insights to support SEO and broader digital marketing strategies

Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, audiences, and targeting strategies

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, KPIs, budgets, and growth opportunities

Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance

Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, targeting capabilities, industry trends, and performance marketing best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, PPC, or a related field

Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms

Strong experience with PPC campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis

Experience working collaboratively with SEO teams and a strong understanding of organic search strategies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities efficiently

Strong understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

Ability to make data-driven decisions and take ownership of campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising networks

Strong understanding of keyword research, conversion tracking, and performance measurement

Experience with performance marketing, growth marketing, and conversion rate optimization

Experience working with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads Manager

Experience working with digital products, websites, or performance-driven businesses

Academic Qualification
