Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design with a strong focus on digital learning development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including e-learning modules, video scripts, and interactive simulations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive courses.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.
• Work with multimedia developers to produce high-quality video, audio, and graphic elements.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.
• Provide guidance and support to faculty and SMEs on digital learning design principles.
• Ensure all digital learning materials are accessible and meet WCAG standards.
