Universitas Ciputra Surabaya seeks a visionary Lead Digital Learning Designer to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge online learning experiences. You will lead a team of instructional designers and multimedia specialists, shaping digital pedagogy across disciplines.

Based in Surabaya on our main campus, you will translate academic content into engaging online courses, manage complex projects from concept to delivery, and drive accessibility and quality standards.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in digital learning design and development, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex e-learning projects.
• Expertise with LMS and authoring tools listed.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and UDL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in higher education, preferably in Surabaya.
• Portfolio of successful digital learning projects.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of digital learning designers, providing guidance and feedback on course development projects.
• Oversee the design and development of high-quality online courses, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and quality standards.
• Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies utilizing a variety of digital tools and technologies.
