MatchaTalent seeks a senior Data Center Project Director in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar data center infrastructure projects from initiation to handover.

The role requires strong governance, budget control, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership across EPC, commissioning, operations, and vendors. Fluent English and extensive data center experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT discipline required.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 preferred.
• 10+ years in project delivery of large-scale infrastructure.
• 3–5 years leading data center projects with 500+ racks.
• Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of data center systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, BMS/DCIM).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects.
• Develop delivery strategies aligned with contracts and customer needs.
• Manage budgets, profitability, revenue milestones, cost control, cash flow, and reporting.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams spanning EPC, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and vendors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and execution.
