Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Data Center Technical Director for Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. This senior technical leadership role oversees engineering integrity, solution design, and governance of large-scale data center projects, bridging pre-sales and post-sales activities with on-site execution.

You will lead multidisciplinary design coordination, manage technical risks, ensure compliance with TCCF and Uptime Institute standards, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver reliable enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on data center design and infrastructure experience.
• Experience in pre-sales and post-sales engineering for large-scale data center projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical solutions and BOQ for large-scale data center projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to review blueprints and ensure design consistency.
• Act as primary technical authority during pre-sales solution design.
• Provide leadership across project implementation and manage engineering risks.
• Ensure compliance with international data center standards and QA frameworks.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to localize infrastructure solutions.
• Support suppliers and project teams throughout construction and commissioning.
• Drive continuous technical improvement and reliable project delivery.
