Signature Network is seeking a Data Center Project Director in Jakarta to oversee feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of complex Data Center EPC projects. This senior role requires strong leadership to align cost, schedule, scope, and quality while managing stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will drive market development in Indonesia, build a high-performance delivery team, and ensure safe, on-time delivery with profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in EPC/construction/project management.
• Strong Data Center project experience is highly preferred.
• Professional English required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Center projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Develop market strategy and win Data Center EPC opportunities.
• Oversee commercial management, budgets, and procurement.
• Build and lead the Data Center delivery organization.
• Provide senior oversight of Data Center infrastructure and IST.
