Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Data Center Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of massive data center infrastructure projects in Indonesia. You will oversee governance, budgeting, and cross-functional EPC teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in project delivery, with 3–5 years leading large data center programs, strong technical knowledge, and PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in project delivery and large-scale infra.
• 3–5 years direct leadership delivering data center projects.
• Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors and multi-vendor teams.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and standards.
• Leadership, risk and commercial governance capabilities.
• English fluency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop delivery strategies aligned with contractual obligations and client needs.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, cash flow and commercial reporting.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across EPC, commissioning, operations and vendors.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and manage escalations.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims and change control.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, standards and customer specs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and suppliers.
