Job summary

PT Demix Sarana Industri Indonesia seeks a seasoned Senior Project Sales Manager to develop and execute national project sales strategies, drive opportunities in the building and construction sector, and lead the project pipeline from prospecting to closing.

You will build strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders, oversee tender processes, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and mentor the Project Sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Project Sales in construction or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of project sales and market segmentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Established network with developers, contractors, consultants or related stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national project sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities in building & construction.
• Manage project pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.
• Lead tender, negotiation, pricing, and commercial processes.
• Monitor sales performance, including volume, margin, and closing rate.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Project Sales team.
