Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi in Bali seeks an experienced MEP Lead to own the full MEP package on villa and boutique hotel projects. You supervise daily execution, coordinate with structure and architecture, and drive shop drawings with two MEP drafters under you.

You report to the Project Manager Site and bring fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong AutoCAD reading/marking skills and knowledge of pool systems and water treatment.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing and Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years supervising MEP on building projects (villa/hotel/hospitality).
• Coordinate MEP against structure before pours and know the cost of missed sleeves.
• Read and mark up MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of pool systems, water treatment and hotel/villa AC is an advantage.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP execution: electrical, plumbing, drainage, water treatment, air conditioning, pool systems, low current.
• Direct two MEP drafters and own MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate MEP against structure and architecture, and clear sleeves/ openings before pours.
• Supervise MEP subcontractors and verify work against drawings, not invoices.
• Run testing and commissioning: pressure, insulation, flushing, functional tests.
• Prepare each stage for Quality Control inspection and close out findings.
• Build the MEP material and equipment schedule with Purchasing.
• Report progress, obstacles and manpower daily to the Project Manager.
