PT TISCO SINDO LOGISTICS is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the shipping agency network development and drive growth with overseas principals, shipping lines, agents, and partners. You will guide the local sales team, set targets, and ensure profitable new business with cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, relationships in shipping/logistics, and excellent negotiation and reporting skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in shipping agency, liner shipping, or logistics

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow network and nominated business for the shipping agency
• Build relationships with overseas principals, shipping lines, agents, and partners
• Identify new trade lanes, agency opportunities, and partnerships
• Maintain regular communication with overseas and local partners
• Guide and monitor the performance of the local sales team
• Establish sales targets, pipelines, and follow-up actions
• Review opportunities and performance in regular commercial meetings
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure viable new business
