PT. Cocok Bali Utama in Bali seeks a Club Operations Manager (Expat may apply) to own day‑to‑day performance of our premium fitness and wellness club.

You will lead the club's HOD team, drive revenue and profitability, uphold high standards, and ensure exceptional member experiences while delivering strong business results. The role demands senior leadership with a track record of managing sizeable operations in Bali/Indonesia, across hospitality and wellness settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality Management, MBA or related field.
• Minimum 3 years management and 7 years professional experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments or a complex operation.
• Experience managing a sizeable team.
• Senior manager with track record of running a sizable operation in Bali and/or Indonesia.
• Commercially minded and accountable for revenue and profitability.
• Strong in people leadership and capable of managing HODs.
• Highly organised and operationally disciplined.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, budgets and financial performance.

• Lead the club's HOD team and ensure all departments work together effectively.
• Deliver strong financial performance and manage revenue and profitability.
• Maintain excellent operational standards across the club.
• Ensure high member satisfaction and consistent service quality.
• Manage and develop people across the organisation.

• Work with budgets, P&L and performance reports.
