You will lead front desk, coaches, and operational staff, manage schedules, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires strong English, organizational, and leadership abilities, with a hands-on management style to keep operations smooth even during busy periods.

• Experience in operations, hospitality, fitness, or customer service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym and café operations and coordinate the team.
• Supervise front desk, coaches, and staff; manage schedules and shifts.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline; ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate communication between management and staff; resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and facility cleanliness.
• Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management.
