Job summary

PT. Lima Persona Sejahtera in Bali seeks a dynamic Padel Club Manager to oversee daily operations and guest experience at our premium padel facility.

You will ensure an exceptional player experience while managing facility operations and driving business growth. The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in sports clubs or premium hospitality, fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, and strong leadership with customer service focus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in sports clubs, fitness centers, premium hospitality, or guest relations.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Manage court maintenance, booking systems, front desk flow, cleanliness, and facility safety.
Financial & Revenue Management: Drive profitability through court rentals, coaching programs, tournaments, pro-shop retail, and F&B services.
Staff Leadership: Supervise front-of-house staff, court attendants, and coordinate with coaching teams.
Community & Marketing: Build player communities, organize social matches or tournaments, and promote off-peak utilization.
