Job summary

Plural Clubhouse in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a hands-on Clubhouse Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operation of our clubhouse. You will oversee the Member Experience, Housekeeping and facilities to ensure the space, team and service operate as one.

Based in Bali, this is a full-time, on-site leadership position that collaborates across training, recovery, F&B and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly every day.

• Manage staff schedules, daily opening/closing procedures and operational checklists.
• Coordinate across training, recovery, F&B, maintenance and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify operational problems early and own solving them.
• Establish clear SOPs and ensure team follows them.
• Handle member feedback and service issues professionally.
• Maintain accountability across the team and ensure tasks completed on time.
• Report directly to leadership on operational performance, issues and improvements.

Plural is looking for aClubhouse Operations Managerto take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our clubhouse in Bali.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for making sure the entire Clubhouse runs at a consistently high standard — from the moment a member arrives, through every part of their experience.

You will oversee ourMember Experience team, housekeeping, facilities and daily clubhouse operations, ensuring the space, team and service operate as one.

We are looking for someone who understands that great operations are not just about systems — they are aboutstandards, attention to detail, accountability and hospitality.

You know how to lead people while maintaining clear standards and accountability. You are comfortable being on the floor, working with the team and staying close to the actual operation rather than managing everything from behind a desk.

Ideally you have:

• Previous management experience inhospitality, private members clubs, premium fitness, hotels, restaurants or lifestyle concepts.
• Strong experience managing front-of-house or guest/member-facing teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• High standards for hospitality, cleanliness and presentation.
• The ability to build systems and ensure they are actually followed.
• Professional working English and Bahasa Indonesia.
