Responsibilities

• Lead the entire tender and bidding lifecycle from PQ to final submission.
• Build and nurture relationships with private clients, government bodies, and consultants.
• Scan the market for lucrative construction opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, corporate presentations, and site visits to promote services.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with the legal team on contract terms.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering and finance to prepare competitive tender packages.
