Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil construction, tendering and commercial activities.
• Good knowledge of construction products and services (materials, MEP, infrastructure, structures, architecture).
• Able to read technical drawings and project specifications, and perform cost estimations.
• Skilled in pricing strategies, preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of the B2B project sales cycle, including pipeline management and tender tracking.
• Able to develop marketing strategies to reach potential project sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an extensive industry network.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
