Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a senior sales and business development leader to drive Cisco-related opportunities in Indonesia. You will own the strategy, identify growth, and work with sales, solutions, and marketing to convert opportunities into revenue.

You will cultivate C-level relationships, map customer needs to Cisco solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in a matrix environment with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related major.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in consultative selling and business development partnerships in customer- and partner-facing roles.
• Proven track record in managing Cisco business ecosystem to align portfolio and footprint.
• Strong ability to engage C-level stakeholders and drive new business initiatives.
• Experience delivering results in a matrix organization leveraging cross-functional teams.
• Broad knowledge of Cisco solutions and ability to map technologies to customer IT/business priorities.
• Understanding of large-scale Infrastructure, Data Center, or Security projects.
• Ability to build long-term trusted technology advisory relationships.

• Drive business development strategy for Indonesia Cisco market and identify new growth opportunities.
• Capture customers' IT portfolio and priorities to generate opportunities.
• Act as trusted Cisco brand advisor and achieve sales quotas through long-term relationships and expert solution design.
• Establish a network of ecosystem partner relationships for joint demand generation.
• Develop and share market trends and insights to PSI sellers.
