Job summary

DKSH Group in Jakarta is seeking a Business Processes Transformation Senior Specialist to drive end-to-end process improvements and digital transformation across TEC countries. You will analyse, redesign, and optimize business processes to boost efficiency and performance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead SAP/Salesforce integrations, and manage projects from requirements to change management, ensuring governance and data-driven decisions align with BU TEC's growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent major.
• Min 4 years of ERP (SAP SD & MM) and Salesforce experience in a sales-focused organization.
• Understand BPMN and business process modelling techniques.
• Hands-on experience in process transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of sales processes and project management principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Ability to learn quickly with new tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

The Business Process Transformation role is responsible for driving end-to-end process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across TEC countries. This role focuses on analysing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency.

Working in close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the role facilitates the adoption of digital solution. It focuses on enhancing business performance by identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation, and continuous improvement.

The position also leads transformation projects from requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and change management. A strong emphasis is placed on process governance and data-driven decision-making. This role ensures that business processes are efficient and aligned with the long-term growth of BU TEC.

What You Will Deliver

• Manage and maintain data across PIM, Salesforce and other integrated business applications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system and data issues, and drive continuous process and system improvements.
• Deliver user training to increase adoption rate of business systems and solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of SAP-connected digital solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Manage SAP enhancements, workflows, and automation to improve business efficiency.
• Lead and manage projects across all phases, ensuring successful delivery within scope, across multiple markets, while working within constrained resources and overlapping priorities.
• Monitor process performance through data analysis and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Support organizational change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or equivalent major.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with ERP (SAP SD & MM) and Salesforce or similar CRM in a sales-focused organization.
• Understand on business process modelling techniques, including BPMN and other standard notations.
• Hands‑on experience in business process transformation or business process improvement or operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, powerBI).
• Strong understanding of sales processes, business operations, project management principles.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solutions.
