Job summary

Orang Tua Group in Jakarta is seeking a Business Process Improvement professional to assess and improve core business processes, identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to support the company's targets.

You will lead cross-functional improvement projects through assessment, planning, execution, and measurement, develop management controls, and apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies to ensure sustainable results across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating business processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and evaluation of business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement Business Process Improvement strategies that support achievement of company business targets
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring to evaluation stages
• Develop and enhance Management Control Systems to ensure business processes run effectively, efficiently, in a controlled manner, and standardized
• Analyze and develop process improvement solutions considering operational, cost, productivity, quality, and business need aspects
• Monitor project achievement, measure improvement results, and provide reports and recommendations to Management
• Ensure implementation of each improvement initiative runs according to established timeline, targets, scope, and budget
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies in process development
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of new project implementation to ensure process effectiveness and sustainability
• Collaborate with various functions and departments in executing improvement initiatives and building a continuous improvement culture in the company
