Actively identify new market opportunities, potential segments, and relevant financing use cases.
Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and partner needs.
Serve as a market radar, bringing actionable field insights to support business growth.
Sales-Driven Partnership Development
Proactively source, open, and build relationships with new partners (platforms, merchants, OEMs, and ecosystem players).
Grow business with existing partners through expansion of use cases, geographic coverage, or partnership models.
Act as the frontliner in early commercial discussions and partnership exploration.
Pipeline Ownership & Deal Conversion
Actively manage the business development pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
Drive opportunities to a clear go / no-go decision together with the Head of Strategic & Business Structure.
Maintain deal momentum to ensure opportunities do not stagnate.
Cross-Initiative Business Support
Ensure execution readiness of business opportunities by aligning internal stakeholders and managing partner expectations.
Escalate requirements related to structuring, pricing, and regulatory assessment to the Head of Strategic & Business Structure.
Ensure business opportunities are executable without over-promising to partners.
Continue to expand and maintain a relevant business network to support growth objectives.
Job Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial roles within regulated or structured business environments.
Exposure to financing-related industries (fintech, multifinance, banking, leasing, EV ecosystem, or digital platforms) is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end partnerships, from initial origination to implementation readiness.
Strong partner-facing and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
Solid understanding of commercial logic and basic unit economics, without being the structural decision maker.
Demonstrated capability to drive cross-functional execution involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations.
Execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, follow-through, and escalation judgment.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with changing priorities.
Clear, structured communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
