Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Central Java, Indonesia, to drive new business and expand key client relationships in the advertising and media sector.

The role requires a strong hunter mindset, 5–10 years of BD experience, leadership experience, and an existing enterprise client network. You will secure meetings, nurture relationships, and identify new opportunities while representing the company in client entertainment settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of Business Development experience.
• Leadership experience preferred, with at least 1 year of team supervision.
• Existing client network/database and proven ability to generate new business.
• Flexible, personable, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with client entertainment and networking activities, including nightlife settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition with a strong hunter focus while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients.
