Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk. is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in Jakarta. You will develop automated reporting tools and provide timely insights to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will strengthen governance, assist in annual budget preparation, monitor performance, and deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear business trends for management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Management Reporting (banking experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in budgeting, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement.
• Assist and actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget, execution of the annual budget, and monthly estimates.
• Carry out detailed analysis of cost reports and actual usage compared to the budget, both periodically and ad hoc.
• Provide support and collaborate with all divisions and functions in terms of preparing income and cost budgets and their realization.
• Deliver timely weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports while identifying business trends and insights.
