Job summary

Sociolla, based in North Jakarta, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support budgeting and forecasting activities and maintain key financial metrics. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of FP&A or accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is preferred, with strong analytical and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Has 2–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Accounting.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Effective communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A Manager in budgeting and forecasting by gathering, validating, and maintaining financial inputs.
• Track and maintain financial and operating metrics for daily/weekly/monthly reporting with high data accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate performance drivers and flag anomalies for review during Monthly Business Performance Review preparations; act as business partner for assigned scope.
