Job summary

PT Inovasi Karya International is seeking a Financial Planning Head to steer budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in Jakarta Barat. You will lead the finance team, partner with business units and senior leaders to craft accurate financial models and strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and risk-aware decision making.

You will own management reporting, real-time data analysis, and scenarios that shape short- and medium-term actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Financial Planning/Head role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience partnering with BU leaders to advise budgeting and performance decisions.
• Eligible to work in Jakarta Barat.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Retail industry exposure or auditing background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop budgeting and forecasting processes to support business goals.
• Influence strategic decisions through accurate P/H/E value creation budgeting.
• Build and secure forecasting capability for the team to support performance analysis.
• Identify risks and business challenges related to planning and mitigation.
• Provide real-time financial insights to support short- and medium-term decisions.
• Translate business needs into financial and non-financial consequences and solutions.
• Deliver user-friendly business information to support performance understanding.
• Play an active role in risk management with leadership.
• Build financial models to facilitate decision-making.
• Prepare the business for the future with trusted advisory support.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions through innovation and market dynamics.
