Job summary

PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya seeks an experienced finance leader to manage budgeting and FP&A in alignment with mining operations. You will oversee proposals, prepare budgeted FS, and monitor cash flows across multiple sites, coordinating across departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years in budgeting and analysis, strong Excel and ERP skills, and travel to mining sites as needed. AMJ emphasizes international experience and robust mineral processing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, management accounting, or a related position.
• Experience in the mining, mining contractor, or natural resources industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial projection, cash flow, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee budgeting and financial planning aligned with objectives and operational plans.
• Review and analyze budget proposals for alignment with business plans and targets.
• Prepare and develop budgeted financial statements.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets to support planning.
• Coordinate with FAT Team and departments in budget prep and monitoring.
• Consolidate budget data from departments and mining sites for accuracy.
• Monitor budget realization and analyze variances.
• Prepare budget reports and financial analysis for management decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, revisions, and forecasting.
• Ensure budgeting processes comply with policies and standards.
