Job summary

PT Tizar Tirzia Trizardi is seeking a senior budgeting and financial planning leader to oversee the company’s budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes. You will coordinate with multiple departments and mining sites to ensure accuracy and alignment with targets.

The role requires 7–10 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Domestic travel to site locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in mining, mining contractor, or natural resources preferred.
• Strong budgeting, projection, cash flow, and FS preparation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong coordination with Finance, Accounting, Tax and related departments.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, ability to meet tight deadlines, willing to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and planning process aligned with business objectives and plans.
• Review proposals to ensure alignment with business plans and targets.
• Prepare and develop budgeted Financial Statements (FS).
• Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets to support planning and management.
• Review budget assumptions, projections, and data from departments.
• Coordinate with FAT Team and departments in budget prep and monitoring.
• Consolidate budget data from departments and mining sites for accuracy.
• Monitor budget realization against approvals and analyze variances.
• Prepare budget reports and financial analysis for decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, revisions, and forecasts based on business developments.
• Ensure budgeting processes comply with policies and standards.
