PT Tizar Tirzia Trizardi is seeking a senior budgeting and financial planning leader to oversee the company’s budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes. You will coordinate with multiple departments and mining sites to ensure accuracy and alignment with targets.
The role requires 7–10 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Domestic travel to site locations is expected.
Lead and oversee the company’s budgeting and financial planning process in alignment with business objectives and operational plans.
Review and analyze budget proposals to ensure alignment with business plans, operational activities, and company targets.
Prepare and develop budgeted Financial Statements (FS)
Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets to support effective cash flow planning and management.
Review budget assumptions, financial projections, and supporting data submitted by relevant departments.
Coordinate with the FAT Team and relevant departments in the preparation, review, and monitoring of the company’s budget.
Consolidate and review budget data from various departments and mining sites to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Monitor budget realization against approved budgets and analyze significant variances.
Prepare budget reports and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Support annual budgeting, budget revisions, and periodic forecasting based on business and operational developments.
Ensure budgeting processes and reports comply with company policies and applicable financial standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning & analysis, management accounting, or a related position.
Experience in the mining, mining contractor, or natural resources industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial projection, cash flow, and financial statement preparation.
Experienced in preparing and reviewing Budgeted Financial Statements and Cash Flow Budgets.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in budget variance analysis and financial analysis.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Experience using ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
Strong coordination and communication skills, particularly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and other related departments.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with tight deadlines.
Willing to travel to mining sites when required.
