Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in mining or natural resources.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel for analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team with good supervisory and communication skills.
Understanding of mining operations and financial requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily financial transactions related to mining operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Monitor and reconcile mining-related accounts (depreciation, material costs, labour).
Assist in monthly financial reports and statements for mining activities.
Support budgeting and forecasting for mining projects and costs.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Maintain communication between finance and on-site operations to address discrepancies.
Assist in internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and controls.
Contribute to development and implementation of financial controls for mining operations.
