Job summary

PZ Cussons in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Personal Care to lead the marketing brand team and shape strategic development for our Personal Care brands. You will build medium- and long-term plans, drive product innovation and strengthen market presence to grow the business.

Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll optimize delivery and ensure the brands hit their financial targets while delivering bold, consumer-first campaigns that align with our BEST values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Extensive FMCG marketing experience, including SBM level.
• Experience across FMCG categories in general and modern trade.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management.
• End-to-end brand development, product innovation and execution.
• Digital marketing and content strategy expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall brand and business growth for the Personal Care brand.
• Develop medium- and long-term strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Indonesia teams, supply chain and finance to ensure delivery.
• Work with R&D, supply chain, finance and PM teams on product innovations.
• Partner with media, digital, and strategy agencies to shape campaigns.
• Serve as P&L owner, achieving top-line and bottom-line targets.
