Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for its Personal Care line in Indonesia. You will lead the marketing brand team, shape strategic plans, drive product innovation and strengthen market presence.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to optimize delivery and achieve financial targets. You will oversee brand strategy, activation and communications initiatives, aim for sustainable growth, and maintain strong P&L ownership while collaborating across functions to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Extensive FMCG marketing experience at Senior Brand Manager level.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L experience.
• Digital marketing and content strategy expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall brand and business growth for the Personal Care brand.
• Lay the foundational groundwork and develop medium- and long-term strategic plans for growing the Personal Care business, encompassing brand equity development, product innovation and brand activation.
• Collaborate closely with Indonesia commercial teams, supply chain and finance to ensure business delivery, optimizing opportunities like distribution, execution quality, portfolio optimization, promotions and activations.
• Work with R&D, supply chain, finance and project management to develop new product innovations and expand the portfolio.
• Partner with external support entities to develop brand strategies, update Cussons Baby guidelines and execute campaigns and activations.
• Serve as the P&L owner for the brands, driving top-line and bottom-line targets as per budget.
