Job summary

PZ Cussons in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Brand Manager for Personal Care to lead the brand team, shape strategic development, and drive growth. You will own medium- and long-term plans, manage product innovations, and work closely with local teams to strengthen market presence.

Collaborating with commercial, supply chain and finance, you will optimize delivery, guide campaigns with external partners, and ensure robust top-line and bottom-line results for the Personal Care portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Extensive FMCG marketing experience including Senior Brand Manager level.
• Broad marketing exposure across FMCG categories, especially in general and modern trade.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L management.
• End-to-end brand strategy, product innovation and activation experience.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

• Drive overall brand and business growth for the Personal Care brand.
• Develop medium- and long-term strategic plans for growth, including brand equity and product innovation.
• Collaborate with Indonesia commercial teams, supply chain and finance to optimize delivery.

Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help optimize business delivery and ensure our brands achieve their financial targets.This is an opportunity to combine brand leadership, commercial thinking and creativity to build brands that matter to consumers and deliver sustainable business growth.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGDrive overall brand and business growth for the Personal Care brand.Lay the foundational groundwork and develop medium- and long-term strategic plans for growing the Personal Care business, encompassing brand equity development, product innovation and brand activation.Collaborate closely with Indonesia commercial teams, supply chain and finance to ensure business delivery, optimizing operational opportunities such as distribution, execution quality, portfolio optimization, promotions and activations.Work in conjunction with R&D, supply chain, finance and project management teams to develop new product innovations and expand the product portfolio.Partner with external support entities, including media agencies, digital social media agencies and brand strategy agencies, to develop overarching brand strategies, update the current Cussons Baby brand guidelines and execute various brand campaigns and activations.Serve as the P&L owner for the brands, driving and ensuring the achievement of both top-line and bottom-line targets as set in the budget.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.Extensive FMCG marketing experience, including experience at Senior Brand Manager level.Broad marketing experience across FMCG categories, particularly within general and modern trade environments.Strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing P&L while balancing business and financial objectives.End-to-end marketing expertise across strategic brand development, product innovation and brand execution.Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into meaningful and actionable insights.A deep understanding of brand building, sales opportunities and shopper marketing.Digital marketing and content strategy expertise, including experience using digital platforms to strengthen brand storytelling and consumer engagement.Experience with holistic media buying approaches.
