Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia invites applications for Machining, Maintenance & Electrical Assistant Manager – Pump in Depok, Cimanggis. You will lead machining, mechanical and electrical maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least five years in a similar supervisory position, and strong skills in preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and TPM. Japanese manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in machining, mechanical maintenance, and electrical maintenance.
• Strong experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment including motors, sensors, control panels, and PLC-related systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise machining, mechanical maintenance, and electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations.
• Oversee CNC machining processes and ensure production targets, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements are achieved.
• Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and electrical equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for mechanical and electrical machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Monitor maintenance and production KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and PPIC teams to resolve operational issues.
• Lead continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
• Manage, supervise, and develop machining and maintenance team members.
• Prepare regular reports on production, maintenance performance, machine downtime, and improvement activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
